    Client satisfaction surveys

An easy way to collect testimonials and get feedback from clients is to put it online. A survey on your web site, gathers information, with or without your clients having to use their names, and highlights your weaknesses and strengths. An added bonus is to capture the good comments to later post on your testimonials pages.

Another good tool for surveys is survey monkey which is a web based application for building, managing and sending customized surveys to clients, employees, subcontractors etc.

We send out a survey with the closing doc's and waivers. We can ty it in with a gift card giveaway.

Another good way is to do an actual exit interview with the client and extract as much info about the project as you can. This turns out to be very valuable information. At this time we would take some pictures of the finished space and determine if it needs professional photography for awards or advertising.
